About the program
The program contains a number of elements to enable participants to successfully and powerfully assist SMEs in their professional growth.
- Virtual workshops – four half-day sessions.
- All publications.
- One day Mastering Expertship program run through.
- Coaching and feedback from a master facilitator as you undertake your first Expertship360 debriefs and coaching.
- Quarterly Coach team meetings, which include product updates and discussions on best practice with other accredited coaches.
Mandatory pre-qualifications
Before being accepted on this program you’ll undergo an induction call with one of our facilitators during which:
- We will determine if you have the pre-requisite skills and experience to join the program (proficiency and experience of providing feedback and coaching).
*You will be able to ask questions about the program.
- We will finalise dates and commitments.
This is not a coaching or feedback course – we expect participants to be proficient at these capabilities prior to entering the program. This course focuses on your ability to use the tools and content we have developed to assist your SMEs.
